Property Owners' Association Membership in the Laurel Ridge Association, Inc. (LRA) is mandatory for all LRA property owners.
Assessments are calculated on a calendar year basis and vary from year-to-year as the assessment is based on the Association's budgeted expenses for administration, road maintenance, and water system maintenance. There is not a separate water usage fee nor any initiation or transfer fees.
